CG Car Model and UV
My team and I purchase a car model from online sources. We are looking for a specific model of Mercedes EQS which is a full electric car. The first problem we've encounter is the geometry need to be cleanup and combined into parts properly. That way it is easier to work on its UV.
BEFORE - uneven resolution on the exterior
AFTER
- make sure that the UV for the exterior have the same resolution for lookdev to easily create procedural car paint texture that can be apply evenly
